Okay. Some problems.

I too question the 5 star reviews for this product. Though I am not writing it off as useless. Perhaps there are some unique features I don’t yet understand because I am new to the Macintosh world. That said, here are the difficulties I encountered in my first use:

1. I tried to highlight and indent by tabbing over, as I would in WORD, and the script totally disappeared. Nothing I did brought it back. Then I noticed in another doc I had open that the whole document, including the missing text, was in the other open document.

2. The undo / redo functions quit working at the same time #1 above happened.

3. I attempted repeatedly to change the text size and style. At first it didn’t work at all. Then, suddenly, the text changed. I thought I had the process figured out. Then, after situation number 1 above, I couldn’t change the text any more.

4. If there is help in the program, it is not easily seen. I went to the developer website and, didn’t find any product help. I may have, and hope I did, jus miss something.

I am disappointed. I do hope the developer will help me or, refund my money. With satisfactory service, I will return for an updated more positive review.
